guys getting smashed

Man, after all this time, I'm only flat benching 80lb each side plus the bar. Mind you, I only did 1 set of 8, no spot. Unsure if I can do another set (I probably will try).

I don't have an olympic bar, I'm sure the bar weights no more than 20lb - but even with that, I weight 155lb, so I'm barely benching over my weight.
